I did my intervals. 7X 800m @ 4 minutes each. I ran them at the Middle School just before Anthony's band concert. I showed up all sweaty and steamy (and smelly too)Next week I have to upgrade to 8X intervals and keep bumping it up one more every two weeks until I get to a dozen. This will improve my speed.
